SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Office of Personnel Management published its last monthly notice updating appointing authorities established or revoked under the Excepted Service provisions of 5 CFR part 213 on May 3, 1996 (61 FR 19963). Individual authorities established or revoked under Schedules A and B and established under Schedule C during the period, April 1, 1996, through April 31, 1996, appear in the listing below. An established Schedule B authority not previously recorded for March 1996 is also listed below.
