ACTION: Notice of Order to Show Cause (Order 96-6-19). ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Department of Transportation is directing all interested persons to show cause why it should not issue an order finding Florida West International Airways, Inc., fit, willing, and able to engage in interstate and foreign charter air transportation of persons, property, and mail, and transferring to it certificates of public convenience and necessity and other operating authority currently held by Florida West Gateway, Inc. d/b/a Florida West Airlines, Inc. DATES: Persons wishing to file objections should do so no later than June 25, 1996.
