Take notice that on June 13, 1996, Northwest Pipeline Corporation (Northwest) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet, to become effective June 26, 1995: 2nd Substitute Fourth Revised Sheet No. 231 Northwest states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the directives of the Commission's letter order in Docket No. RP95-145- 003 relating to the sale of excess gas in limited or infrequent situations. Northwest has restored to Section 14.12 of the General Terms and Conditions of its tariff certain language that was filed on May 26, 1995 in this docket. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
