This notice concerns the receipt of an application from the Government of the Republic of Poland requesting authorization to conduct a joint venture in the Northwest Atlantic Ocean for Atlantic sea herring and Atlantic mackerel. The freezer trawler GRINWAL is identified as the vessel that will receive sea herring and mackerel from U.S. vessels.
