SUMMARY: Terry Rossignal has applied to the Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) for an incidental take permit pursuant to Section 10(A)1(a) of the Endangered Species Act, for the purpose of scientific research and enhancement of propogation and survival of Attwater's greater prairie chicken (Tympanuchus cupido attwateri) as prescribed by Service recovery documents. The applicant has been assigned permit number PRT- 814917. The requested permit, which is for a period of 2 years, would authorize incidental take of Attwater's greater prairie chicken.
