Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of Prospective Patent License.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Vanguard Space Corporation, of 
Los Angeles, California 90064, has applied for a partially exclusive 
license to practice the invention disclosed in NASA Case No. MSC-22745-
1, entitled ``Method and Apparatus for Coupling Space Vehicles,'' for 
which a U.S. Patent Application was filed by the United States of 
America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics 
and Space Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant 
of a license should be sent to Mr. Hardie Barr, Patent Attorney, 
Johnson Space Center.
