These objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign lenders. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the listed exhibit objects at the National Gallery, London from on or about May 22, 1996, through August 26, 1996 and the Art Institute on or about September 30, 1996 through January 5, 1997, is in the national interest.
