ACTION: Public hearings. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Council), together with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission, will hold public hearings to address a proposed regulatory amendment/ addendum to the Scup Fishery Management Plan, which addresses management and allocation of the coastwide commercial quota. DATES: The hearings will begin at 7 p.m. and are scheduled as follows: 1. September 10, 1996, Providence, RI 2. September 10, 1996, Cape May Courthouse, NJ 3. September 11, 1996, Buzzards Bay, MA 4.
