Take notice that on August 30, 1996, Washington Gas Light Company (Washington Gas) filed an Application to Participate in the ``Proposed Experimental Pilot Program to Relax the Price Cap for Secondary Market Transactions'' pursuant to the Commission's notice issued July 31, 1996, in Docket No. RM96-14-001. Washington Gas states that it qualifies for participation in the proposed pilot program. Washington Gas states that copies of its filing are available for inspection at its offices at 1100 H Street, NW., Washington, DC. Any person desiring to comment on or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's regulations.
