Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that The Institute for Research, 
Inc., of 8330 Westglen Drive, Houston, Texas 77063, has requested a 
partially exclusive license to practice the invention disclosed in NASA 
Case No. MSC-22489-1, entitled ``Microcapsules and Methods for 
Making,'' for which a U.S. Patent Application was filed on December 2, 
1994, and assigned to the United States of America as represented by 
the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. 
Written objections to the prospective grant of a license should be sent 
to Mr. James M. Cate, Patent Attorney, Johnson Space Center.
