Abstract: This information collection applies to persons bringing nonbeverage products into the United States from Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Recordkeeping requirements are necessary for the verification of claims for drawback of distilled spirits excise taxes paid on such products. The record retention period for this information collection is 3 years. Current Actions: There are no changes to this information collection and it is being submitted for extension purposes only. Type of Review: Extension. Affected Public: Business or other for-profit. Estimated Number of Respondents: 20. Estimated Time Per Respondent: 1 hour. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 120.
