[Federal Register Volume 61, Number 210 (Tuesday, October 29, 1996)] [Notices] [Page 55797] From the Federal Register Online via the Government Publishing Office [www.gpo.gov] [FR Doc No: 96-27656] ----------------------------------------------------------------------- DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY [Docket No. RP95-291-006] Transwestern Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff October 23, 1996. Take notice that on October 21, 1996, Transwestern Pipeline Company (Transwestern) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, 3rd Revised Sheet No. 5B.02, with an effective date of November 1, 1996: Transwestern states that on October 11, 1996, it made a filing to revise the Shared Cost Surcharge rate for certain Current Customers in compliance with provisions of a Stipulation and Agreement (Settlement) in the above-noted dockets. In revising Sheet No. 5B.02 of Transwestern's FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1 (the sheet on which the Shared Cost Surcharge is stated) Transwestern states that it submitted the sheet with incorrect pagination. Transwestern submitted the revision as 1st Revised Sheet No. 5B.02 when in fact it should have been 3rd Revised Sheet No. 5B.02 In addition, Transwestern states that it used TCR II Reservation Surcharge rates elsewhere on that page from Original Sheet No. 5B.02. These rates had been revised in two filings made by Transwestern on October 11, 1996 that submitted 1st Revised Sheet No. 5B.02 and 2nd Revised Sheet No. 5B.02. Transwestern is therefore correcting the TCR II Reservation Surcharge to reflect the rates that were submitted in the October 11, 1996 filing on 2nd Revised Sheet No. 5B.02. Transwestern states that copies of the filing were served on its gas utility customers, interested state commissions, and all parties to this proceeding. Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection. Lois D. Cashell, Secretary. [FR Doc. 96-27656 Filed 10-28-96; 8:45 am] BILLING CODE 6717-01-M
