The lands involved are in the vicinity of Larsen Bay, Alaska. Seward Meridian, Alaska T. 30 S., R. 28 W. T. 32 S., R. 28 W. T. 29 S., R. 30 W. T. 32 S., R. 30 W. T. 31 S., R. 31 W. A notice of the decision will be published once a week, for four (4) consecutive weeks, in the Kodiak Daily Mirror. Any party claiming a property interest which is adversely affected by the decision, an agency of the Federal government or regional corporation, shall have until January 22, 1997 to file an appeal.
