ACTION: Proposed rule. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Mountain Tower Broadcasting proposing the allotment of Channel 288A at Mills, Wyoming, as the community's first local aural transmission service. Channel 288A can be allotted to Mills in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements at city reference coordinates. The coordinates for Channel 288A at Mills are North Latitude 42-50-24 and West Longitude 106-22-06. DATES: Comments must be filed on or before March 24, 1997, and reply comments on or before April 8, 1997. ADDRESSES: Federal Communications Commission, Washington, DC 20554.
