Take notice that on March 7, 1997, Trunkline Gas Company (Trunkline) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets identified on Appendix A attached to the filing proposed to be effective April 6, 1997. Trunkline states that this filing, which is made in accordance with the provisions of Section 154.204 of the Commission's Regulations, modifies Trunkline's FERC Gas Tariff, first Revised Volume No. 1 to: (1) revise Section 2.4 of Rate Schedule NNS-1 to add Service Agreements under Rate Schedules SST and LFT as Service Agreements which a Shipper may specify as a Designated Transportation Service Agreement; (2) modify Section 2.5 of Rate Schedule NNS-1 to remove the limitation that an Eligible Point of Delivery must be one at which Trunkline previously provided sales service, thus making all Delivery Points available for No Notice Service; and (3) amend Article 6 of the Operational Balancing Agreement (OBA) Form of Service Agreement to provide that OBAs will continue in effect until terminated by Trunkline or the OBA Party upon at least thirty days written notice. Trunkline states that copies of this filing are being served on all jurisdictional customers and applicable state regulatory agencies. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
