Determination To Close a Portion of the Advisory Board Meeting of April 11, 1997 Based on information provided to me by the Advisory Board for Cuba Broadcasting, I hereby determine that the 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. portion of this meeting should be closed to the public. The Advisory Board has requested that part one of the April 11, 1997, meeting be closed to the public. Part one will involve information the premature disclosure of which would likely frustrate implementation of a proposed Agency action. Closing such deliberations to the public is justified by the Government in the Sunshine Act under 5 U.S.C. 522b(c)(9)(B).
