Description Application of Tam-Transportes Aereos Meridionais, S.A., pursuant to 49 U.S.C. Section 41302, and Subpart Q of the Regulations, applies for a foreign air carrier permit authorizing the carriage of persons, property and mail in scheduled foreign air transportation between a point or points in Brazil via intermediate points to New York/Newark, Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Detroit, Washington/Baltimore, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Juan, Puerto Rico. In addition, TAM requests authority to serve the following additional U.S. points on a code share basis only: Boston, Dallas/Ft.
