Rule on Federal Advisory Committee Management, I hereby certify the
Beryllium Rule Advisory Committee is necessary and in the public

experiences and points of view. This committee has been determined to
be essential to the conduct of the Department's business and in the
public interest in connection with the performance of duties imposed
upon DOE. The committee will operate in accordance with the provisions
