Description: This submission covers a reinstatement without change of an information collection titled ``Foreign Branch Report of Condition.'' This report is collected from all foreign branches of U.S. banks regardless of charter type. It provides information on the structure and geographic distribution of foreign branch assets and liabilities. The agencies use the information to analyze foreign operations of U.S. banks and to plan examinations. Respondents: Businesses or other for-profit. Number of Respondents: 677. Total Annual Responses: 1,085. Frequency of Response: Annually. Estimated Total Annual Burden: 3,255 hours.
