SUMMARY: This notice announces the availability of final Advisory 
Circular (AC) 140-8, Guide For Developing And Evaluating AN SFAR 36 
Engineering Procedures Manual. The final AC 140-8 provides information 
and guidance to the aviation community for developing and evaluating an 
SFAR 36 engineering procedures manual.
