Description of the Need for the Information and its Proposed Use: The purpose of this information collection is to permit Public Housing Agencies/Indian Housing Authorities (PHAs/IHAs) to select an insurance provider without complying with the competitive selection process if the provider is a PHA-owned nonprofit insurance entity.
