Take notice that on June 30, 1997, Columbia Gulf Transmission Company (Columbia Gulf) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet, effective August 1, 1997: First Revised Sheet No. 286 Columbia Gulf states that this filing is being made to comply with the Letter Order of the Commission dated June 11, 1997, in which the Commission directed Columbia Gulf to file a separate tariff sheet at least 30 days prior to August 1, 1997, to incorporate GISB Standard 4.3.6 by reference. Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
