Take notice that on August 22, 1997, Washington Water Power Company (WWP) tendered for filing executed Service Agreements for Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service under WWP's Open Access Transmission Tariff--FERC Electric Tariff, Volume No. 8. WWP requests the Service Agreements be given effective dates of July 23, 1997 and July 31, 1997. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filings should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 [[Page 50569]] and 18 CFR 385.214).
