Take notice that on October 3, 1997, PECO Energy Company (PECO) filed the following documents as part of its request for approval of a form of installed capacity obligation allocation agreement that it intends to utilize in connection with its state approved Retail Access Pilot Program. Form of Installed Capacity Obligation Allocation Agreement Copies of the filing were served on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, other Pennsylvania PJM utilities and on electric generation suppliers licensed to sell energy to participants in the Pennsylvania retail access pilot programs.
