Summary The following changes have occurred since the publication of the last notice regarding States' EB status:August 24, 1997--Puerto Rico's 13-week insured unemployment rate for the week ending August 9, 1997 exceeded 6.0 percent, causing the State to trigger ``on'' EB effective August 24, 1997.
