Notice of Intent to Grant Exclusive Patent License; U.S. Drug 
Testing, Inc.

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DoD.

ACTION: Notice of intent to grant exclusive license.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant to U.S. Drug Testing, Inc., a revocable, nonassignable, 
exclusive license in the United States and certain foreign countries to 
practice the Government owned invention described in U.S. Patent No. 
5,183,740, entitled ``Flow Immunosensor Method and Apparatus,'' issued 
February 2, 1993, in the field of saliva based human diagnostics.

DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file 
written objections, along with any supporting evidence, not later than 
March 3, 1998.
