Take notice that on December 22, 1997, Consumers Energy Company tendered what it described as an offer of settlement in Docket No. ER97-1510-000. The Commission is treating this filing as a new and distinct filing, and has therefore assigned a new docket number, ER98- 1305-000, to it. Consumers Energy Company describes its filing as resolving issues arising from Consumers' earlier filing of unexecuted agreements related to Network Integration Transmission Service. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 18 CFR 385.214).
