On November 3, 1997, the Commercial Practices Working Group (Commercial Practices Group) and the OASIS How Working Group (How Group) jointly submitted a report to the Commission entitled ``Industry Report to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on the Future of OASIS.'' The report responds to a Commission request to the electric industry to provide a report outlining the requirements for OASIS Phase 2 requirements by providing what is described as a coordinated action plan for the future development of OASIS. The Commercial Practices Group and How Group state that they jointly prepared the report and that the report was intended to represent a broad base of perspectives from diverse segments of the electric industry. [[Page 5945]] The report is available for public review and inspection during normal business hours in the Commission's Public Reference Room, Room 2A, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426. The report is also available for review and downloading on the Commission Issuance Posting System (CIPS), an electronic bulletin board service, that provides access to the texts of formal documents issued by the Commission. The Industry's Phase 2 report can be found under the file name ``RM95- 9L.EXE'', the date of the file is November 20, 1997, and its title is ``Industry Report on the Future of OASIS.''
