Closed Meeting

    Pursuant to Section 19(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as 
amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2), notice is hereby given of the following 
National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences Special Emphasis 
Panel (SEP) meeting:

    Name of SEP: Interdisciplinary Studies in Reproductive 
Toxicology and Epidemiology.
    Date: April 1-3, 1998.
    Time: 7:00 p.m.
