Chapter 35). Agency: Bureau of Export Administration (BXA). Title: Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements under the Wassenaar Arrangement. Agency Form Number: Not applicable. OMB Approval Number: 0694-0106. Type of Request: Extension of a currently approved collection of information. Burden: 826 hours. Average Time Per Response: Between one and five minutes depending on the requirement. Number of Respondents: 2,275. Needs and Uses: Thirty-three countries have given approval to establish the Wassenaar Arrangement on Export Controls for Conventional Arms and Dual Use Goods and Technologies. The purpose is to prevent unauthorized transfers of such items. To fulfill our obligations under this Agreement, BXA must receive information on shipments [[Page 10822]] that have been made under a ``license exception.''
