Sec. 202, this Board is established as a result of an April 14, 1998, request by the petitioner, NDT Services, Inc. of Caguas Puerto Rico, for a hearing on a March 27, 1998, NRC Order. That Order, inter alia, suspended, effective immediately, NDTS's authority to perform radiographic operations under License No. 52- 19438-01.
