Heritage Hills Tustin, California; Notice of Termination of 
Investigation

    Pusurant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on March 30, 1998 in response to a worker petition which 
was filed on March 13, 1998, on behalf of workers at Heritage Hills, 
Tustin, California. The subject firm is a division of Kimball 
International.
    The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn. 
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no 
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
