[Declaration of Disaster #3078]


State of Tennessee; Amendment #2

    In accordance with notices from the Federal Emergency Management 
Agency dated May 11 and 12, 1998, the above-numbered Declaration is 
hereby amended to include Madison, Polk, and Shelby Counties in the 
State of Tennessee as a disaster area due to damages caused by severe 
storms, tornadoes, and flooding beginning on April 16, 1998 and 
continuing.
    In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
businesses located in the following contiguous counties may be filed 
until the specified date at the previously designated location: 
Fayette, Hardeman, and Tipton Counties in Tennessee; DeSoto and 
Marshall Counties in Mississippi; and Fannin County in Georgia.
    Any counties contiguous to the above-name primary counties and not 
listed herein have been previously declared.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is June 19, 1998 and for 
economic injury the termination date is January 20, 1999.
