RP98-155-002 and TM98-3-4-001] Granite State Gas Transmission, Inc.; Notice of Reconsideration June 5, 1998. Take notice that on June 4, 1998, Granite State Gas Transmission, Inc. (Granite State) tendered for filing a motion for reconsideration of the Commission's order issued April 1, 1998 in the above referenced proceeding. Granite State states that this filing is being made to show that the settlement of its rate case in Docket No. RP97-8-000 should be construed to allow recovery of certain electric power costs, incurred prior to April 1, 1997, in its approved tracking mechanism. Granite State states it has served copies of the filing to its firm transportation customers, to the regulatory agencies of the States of Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire and to the parties appearing on the official service list maintained by the Secretary in Docket No. RP97-8-000. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
