Eastman Kodak Company (CD Disk Worker Group), Rochester, NY; 
Notice of Termination of Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on April 20, 1998 in response to a worker petition which 
was filed on April 8, 1998 on behalf of workers producing rewriteable 
CD disks at Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester, New York.
    An active certification covering the petitioning group of workers 
was issued on May 8, 1998 (TA-W-34,233). Consequently, further 
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the 
investigation resulting from this petition has been terminated.
