Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Boundary Layer Research, Inc., a 
corporation of the State of Washington having its principal place of 
business at 3125 100th St. SW, Hangar C75-5, Everett, Washington 98204, 
has applied for an exclusive license to practice the inventions 
disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 5,209,430, entitled ``HELICOPTER LOW SPEED 
YAW CONTROL,'' and U.S. Patent No. 4,708,305 entitled ``ANTI-TORQUE 
SYSTEM FUSELAGE STRAKES,'' both of which are assigned to the United 
States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National 
Aeronautics and Space Administration. Written objections to the 
prospective grant of a license should be sent to Langley Research 
Center.
