The subject plant closed in August of 1997 and has not reopened since that time. Workers at the plant were denied eligibility to apply for Trade Adjustment Assistance in a determination issued on November 24, 1997 (TA-W-33,815). No new evidence has been brought forward to indicate that conditions have changed. Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
