SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title: Application for Registration of Firearms Acquired By Certain Governmental Entities OMB Number: 1512-0029 Form Number: ATF F 10 (5320.10) Abstract: ATF F 10 (5320.10) is used by State and local government agencies to effect the registration of otherwise unregisterable National Firearms Act (NFA) firearms. The information on the form is verified by ATF personnel in the processing of the application to ensure that an unregistered NFA firearm is being registered and that the applicant is a government agency eligible to possess the firearm. Current Actions: There are no changes to this information collection and it is being submitted for extension purposes only.
