The Department of Labor has submitted the following (see below) emergency processing public information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (P.L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). OMB approval has been requested by July 30, 1998. Description: The employment and Training Administration (ETA) has oversight responsibilities for the Summer Youth Employment and Training. As a part of the Department oversight responsibilities, ETA will conduct a uniform survey of a representative sample of service delivery areas (SDAs) to effectively measure customer satisfaction and collect information on other monitoring protocol data. Information obtained from these surveys will be used to help us access the performance of the summer program and aid the Department in the development of surveys for future summer programs.
