Date of Meeting: 17 & 18 August 1998. Time of Meeting: 0830-1630 (both days). Place: Alexandria, VA. Agenda: The Army Science Board's (ASB) Issue Group panel on ``Schedule Realism'' will meet with the U.S. Army Operational Test and Evaluation Command for briefings and discussions on the Initial Operational Test and Evaluation results of Maneuver Control System (MCS), Combat System Support Control System (CSSCS), Ground Based Common Sensor--Light (GBCS-L), and Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System--Ground Station Module (JSTARS-GSM). These meetings will be closed to the public in accordance with Section 552b(c) of Title 5, U.S.C., specifically subparagraph (1) thereof, and Title 5, U.S.C., Appendix 2, subsection 10(d). The classified and unclassified matters to be discussed are so inextricably intertwined so as to preclude opening any portion of these meetings.
