    Title: Application Filing Requirements.
    Description: 12 CFR Section 516.1 contains the OTS application 
filing procedures. Three copies of applications must be filed with the 
appropriate OTS Regional Office. Certain applications require more than 
three copies because the application raises a significant issue of 
policy or law or because other agencies have statutory oversight over 
the application.
