Correction to Class E Airspace; Akron, CO

AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.

ACTION: Final rule; correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a final rule published on August 14, 
1998, that inadvertently changed the coordinates of the Akron-
Washington County Airport, Akron, CO. This action corrects the final 
rule by reflecting the proper coordinates.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On August 14, 1998, the FAA published a 
final rule that amended the Akron, CO, Class E2 and Class E5 airspace 
designation (63 FR 43618). However, that action provided an inadvertent 
error to the coordinates of the Akron-Washington County Airport, CO. 
This action corrects the final rule by reflecting the proper 
coordinates.

Correction to Final Rule

    Accordingly, pursuant to the authority delegated to me, the Class E 
airspace description at Akron, CO, as published in the Federal Register 
on August 14, 1998 (63 FR 43618), (Federal Register Document No. 98-
21864) is corrected as follows:


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    On page 43618, in the third column, in the first airspace 
description, line 3, and in the second airspace description, line 3, 
correct the geographical coordinates of the Akron-Washington County 
Airport by removing ``(Lat. 40 deg.10'32'' N, long. 103 deg.13'20'' 
W)'' in its place.
