Take notice that on October 2, 1998, Destin Pipeline Company, L.L.C. tendered for filing a petition for a limited extension of time of Order No. 587-H to implement additional intra-day nomination cycles on its system fifteen days after the date that the SoNet Premier computer system is implemented for all of the pipeline companies utilizing that system. Destin states that a copy of the Notice of Petition for Limited Extension of [[Page 55105]] Time has been posted on Destin's electronic bulletin board. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
