AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Arturo 
Lopez and Eleazar Trevino, proposing the allotment of Channel 236A to 
Rio Grande City, Texas. The channel can be allotted to Rio Grande City 
with a site restriction 5.79 kilometers (3.6 miles) north of the 
community. The coordinates for Channel 236A are 26-25-47 and 98-49-25. 
Concurrence of the Mexican government will be requested for this 
allotment.

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before November 30, 1998, and reply 
comments on or before December 15, 1998.

    Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply
