The purpose of this program is to upgrade, purchase, or maintain equipment and instrumentation related to the performance, control, or operational capability of the reactor facility. The program will increase the quality and/or efficiency of the operation of the reactor facility and/or will improve or expand the research and training capabilities of the reactor facility.
