ACTION: Notice of extension of time limits of preliminary results of review. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limits of the preliminary results of the fifth antidumping duty administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hot rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from the United Kingdom. The review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise to the United States for the period March 1, 1997, through February 28, 1998. EFFECTIVE DATE: November 16, 1998. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Because it is not practicable to complete this review within the initial time limits established by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act, pursuant to 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the Department is extending the time limits for completion of the preliminary results until no later than March 31, 1999. See Memorandum to Robert S. LaRussa, dated November 5, 1998, which is a public document on file in the Central Records Unit.
