    Title: Vessel-Marking Requirements in Antarctic Fisheries.

    OMB Approval Number: None (previously cleared under 0648-0306).
    Type of Request: New collection.
    Burden: 1.
    Number of Respondents: 1.

    Avg. Hours Per Response: One hour.
    Needs and Uses: Vessels participating in Antarctic fisheries must 
display the vessel's official identification number or international 
radio call sign in three locations. The information is used for 
enforcement purposes.
    Affected Public: Businesses or other for-profit organizations, 
individuals.
    Frequency: Other--this is a marking requirement.
    Respondent's Obligation: Mandatory.
