    The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received Office of 
Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the following public 
information collection pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 
Pub. L.104-13. An agency may not conduct or sponsor a collection of 
information unless it displays a currently valid control number. Not 
withstanding any other provisions of law, no person shall be subject to 
any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information 
subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) that does not display a 
valid control number. Questions concerning the OMB control numbers and

    Estimated Annual Burden: 44,850 annual hours; .30 minutes to 12 
hours per response; 18,400 responses.
    Needs and Uses: The information collected will be used by the 
Commission to verify licensee compliance with Commission rules and 
regulations, to ensure the integrity of the 220 MHz service, and to 
ensure that licensees continue to fulfill their statutory 
responsibilities in accordance with the Communications Act of 1934.
