Take notice that on February 5, 1999, Southern Natural Gas Company, South Georgia Natural Gas Company, Sea Robin Pipeline Company and Destin Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (The Southern Pipelines) tendered for filing a petition requesting that the Commission extend the March 1, 1999 date set forth in the Commission's December 18, 1998, Order Granting Rehearing (85 FERC para. 61,386) to allow the Southern Pipelines to implement the intra-day nominations standards adopted in Order No. 587-G on May 1, 1999. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed on or before February 19, 1999.
