SUMMARY: This document makes amendments to the Federal Acquisition
Regulation in order to update references and make editorial changes.

continues to read as follows:

2. In section 1.106 the table following the introductory paragraph
is amended by revising the entry for ``SF 1418'' to read as follows:

3. Section 25.402 is amended in paragraph (b) by revising the last
two sentences to read as follows:

until September 30, 2000. These dates may be extended by the U.S. Trade
Representative by means of a notice in the Federal Register.

4. Section 52.219-8 is amended by revising the title of the clause
to read ``Utilization of Small Business Concerns''.

5. Section 53.228 is amended by revising paragraph (n) to read as
follows:
